Hi Sabhya,
The eligibility and admission process is different with different institutes. Many Institutes have a merit wise admission process but some institutes have their own qualifying test and interviews. Please check https://www.shiksha.com/ for culinary arts courses and colleges and check the individual college process.

Your score in 12th indicates that you are good at studies and should be able to do good in both the fields, Science or aviation. Now as far as a job is concerned, Science gives you technical jobs and opportunities exist in India and abroad equally. Aviation is altogether a different sector and jobs exist in various departments here as well. You can expect to earn better in Science initially but down the line 10-15 years, the payscales should match in both the industries.

Dear Eshaan,
University wise, DU and IP but course wise engineering and B.Sc. Hence the suggestion is to go for biochemical engineering from IPU because it's value advantage is almost same as like DU. This engineering field gives you edge in this field. Good Luck. Upvote the answer if you feel satisfied.

See a degree like B.Sc. Mathematics does not prepare you to work in corporate sector but due to good rankings of some colleges like Fergusson there happens a campus placement and students get job based on their skills and resume. So the students who get placement due to their hardwork and efforts, get an average package of 4-6 Lacs per annum. And for the type of job it can be in field from finance to HR to analyst.
