Hi Nijaz,
PG Diploma in sanitary inspector is the best course after B.Sc Chemistry. It is of 1-year duration. Gandhigram Dindugal and DS Institute of Paramedics Science, UP are the best ones.

You can give entrance exams like IIT JAM CISR-NET, etc. If you get selected, you can do your Masters. Some institutions also prove integrated Ph.D course.

I don't think it would be really worth. You can pursue B.Tech instead of B.Sc. You'll get more value than B.Sc. holders and also, you'll get direct admission in the second year.
