Yes, you can pursue M.Sc in nanotechnology. Bachelor's degree in any specialisation is the only requirement for M.Sc in nanotechnology.

Hello Dhananjay,
If you select Maths as a main subject, then many colleges ask you to choose two more subject. Basically, in the first two years, students have to study 4 subjects and in third year, students have to study only Hons paper. So, if you had chosen Maths, then English is compulsory and you have to choose two more subjects of your choice which may be Physics and chemistry or any other subject. So, there is no major role in Graduation from B.Sc. Maths.
