There are provisions for scholarships for financially weak students. Fill up the scholarship form and attach verified certificate of being financially weak from concerned/approved authority. You can seek the help of senior students who have undergone such procedure. All the best.

If you were thinking to do Ph.D then it is a good option to do BZC, but in terms of job opportunities, B.Ed is a better option.

For B.Sc in economics, you only need 50% in your 10+2. Here is a more information.
Bachelor of Science in Economics or B.Sc Economics is an undergraduate program of 3 years which can be done after completion of 10+2 or equivalent examination. The average annual fee for B.Sc Economics ranges between INR 50,000 to 1 lakh depending on the college.
