Hi Khusbhu,
Admission to the regular Bachelors degree courses in BJB College, Bhubaneswar (Odisha) is based on the merit of the candidates in their qualifying examination. Applicants are not required to appear for any entrance test. The criteria for selection in B.Sc passed in 10 + 2 in science stream from any recognized institution.

Hello Raj,
Normally speaking, lateral entry directly into 2nd year of engineering is given to Diploma holders. However, in many states, thousands of seats are not filled. The sponsors of such colleges have prevailed upon some state government's to treat B.Sc as equivalent to Diploma for lateral admission in 2nd year of engineering. Hence, you need to status of your state from webpage of DTE of technical education.
However, a word of caution. More than 50% engineers could not get jobs after passing out. Around 300 engineering colleges are prevented from accepting any fresh admission from the coming session.

Don't go for private universities. You can apply for Government Universities, which have good scope and provide good knowledge base to you.

Hi,
You can't change your course in the final year. You will have to complete your B.Sc to get a graduation degree.
Work hard and try to clear all the subjects in B.sc and after Graduation you can choose other stream.
