Major universities are admitting students to courses which are conducted by university's teaching departments through own entrance exams. Notification commonly released on March - April of every year. Please visit university's websites.
There are lots of self-financing colleges that offer B.Sc in genetics without entrance exams. The entry requirement is 12th with PCB.

Hi Ketan,
To apply to universities in Germany, France, Australia, Switzerland and Italy, you don't require a 4-year Bachelor's degree, they accept 3-years degree only. Some universities in USA also accept students depending on the admission rules of the university.
