The programmes are offered as a regualar and honors degree lasting for three to four years. Admission is based on candidates' performance in the last qualifying exam. The common eligibility criteria for the BSc course are as follows:

Aspirants seeking admission to SKUAST BSc (Hons) must complete Class 12 or an equivalent examination from a recognised board with PCB/ PCM/ PCBM/ Agriculture (with Science subjects), besides English with 50% aggregate for OM, NRI/ NRI-sponsored category. The aggregate required is 40% for reserved categories. Candidates from states/ UTs other than Jammu and Kashmir & Ladakh can only seek admission under the NRI/ NRI sponsored quota for BSc (Hons) Agriculture, BSc (Hons) Horticulture and against Self Financing, seats for PG courses kept under the All India Basis category.

CT Group of Institutions accepts the NCHMCT JEE exam, as the entrance to the BSc in Hospitality and Hotel Administration
 programme. Candidates are selected for the BSc in HHA programme based on valid scores in the entrance exam. However, the candidates have to register for NCHMCT JEE invariably and prepare accordingly, as admission depends upon the performance in that test. Students can also check the syllabus for the preparation. The application forms are available on the offical website.

No Radiology graduates are not considered a doctor.  Radiology graduates are only professionals who operate machines and not prescribe medicines to patients. 

To become a doctor, candidates go for MBBS and go through a tough curriculum of medicine education.
