At best for better results checkout the college or university's website or the package for CS branch varies from 3-12 lacs per annum as per the college.

No, it is not good to choose LPU, as the general intake it has consists of 100 sections in CSE, so that in placement wise, it lacks your place there as heavy competition.

As a current student of Manav Rachna, I would recommend you to opt Manav Rachna for B.Tech CSE. I am pursuing B.Tech CSE in association with IBM with specialisation in Cloud Computing. B.Sc from BHU is really a good option, don't come in AKTU (if you will not get any good college). Try to get admission in IET Lucknow or KNIT Sultanpur. These colleges have good history of producing good engineers, BIET Jhansi will also be a good option if you got it.

It depends upon colleges to colleges. Good government colleges will have the least fees and the private ones will have the most fees. Also, every college whether it be government or it be private the highest fees is of computer science only and then goes on decreasing with IT and the ECE.
