Dear Hartej,
BIT is a good college with good placements record as it is one among the oldest Engineering College in Karnataka. Google only visits IITs these days so BIT will have other top MNCs coming for placements.

The placements offered at USICT for B.Tech CSE are the best from all the colleges of GGSIPU. The average package is around 6 LPA and the highest and the lowest packages change every year.

Yes. You are undoubtedly eligible for MBA after your B.Tech. However, before applying, please check the eligibility criteria in the college you apply to, as some criteria varies from college to college. Hope it helps.

As a result of this the minimum marks required to get into this institute of pretty high. Not huge difference between the fees of B.Tech CSE &B.Tech IT. However, the semester papers are almost the same. So you can go with any of these courses.
