As you have secured 40420 rank in JEE Mains exam, it will be a little bit difficult for you to get admission in any NITs or IIITs for CSE. Still I will suggest you to participate in the counselling process and wait until the last round of the counselling.

As you have scored 71% in class 12th board and 79.89 percentile in JEE Mains, so you are eligible to take admission in any colleges available in the list. But I will suggest you to go for some good private colleges like Amity University, Shardha University, Lovely professional university etc. As per your interests and convenience.
