If you are from a science background and want your career in computer Science, please do B.Tech CS instead of B.Sc. Hons CS!
There is no value of B.Sc. Hons CS eventually you will have to do M.Sc. Or MCA. Companies prefer B.Tech students over B.Sc/BCA/MCA/M.Sc students. Even if you get a job, the package will be low. After B.Sc. You will not be eligible for GATE. Now, if you are from a commerce background then do BCA instead of B.Sc. CS as it will give you more practical knowledge!
All the best!

You should go for private colleges of Bhopal like LNCT, IES group, oriental colleges etc. But fees may vary slightly, but not too much. Or you can go for private colleges of west Bengal like techno India, Haldia, heritage etc. Best of luck.

A college formed under Muslim minority category has 50% seats reserved for the community. Hence, I feel that you have quite good chances here for admission.
Best wishes
