As an Aeronautical engineer, there are job opportunities available in India as well as in foreign countries. You may work for large aviation companies such as Airbus, Boeing and even NASA. You can get employed by ISRO (Indian Space Research Organization) and the Defense Ministry. You can also look for jobs available with the Civil Aviation Department, National Aeronautical Laboratory, Defense Research and Development Laboratories (DRDO) and Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL).

Once you select the specific faculty of education, it leads you towards your overall goal of career. The wise idea may be, you can choose any of academic course which will add value to your previous course (Business administration or computer related courses after B.Tech and so on), but selecting a course that is drastically different from previous may lead you for more efforts and investment. This will also devalue your previous achievement (course).

Candidates wishing to enter the navigational and engineering fields of Merchant Navy need to complete their B.Sc. degree in mechanical or marine engineering, before they can gain admission to the field. In some cases, students who have completed their 12th with PCM (Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics) are eligible to join as Deck Cadets.

Yes, if you are looking forward for the career opportunities after your B.Tech, Distance MBA / Online MBA is the best option for working professionals.
Taking this option is all together best , as at the same time you can gain work experience which is in high demand in today's market.
Doing course from Distance/Online MBA from a recognized university has its own value .
While applying, beware regarding recognition from authorities.
