To get a Job abroad immediately after B.Tech Civil Engineering is difficult but not impossible. But once you gain few years experience after graduation, you stand good chances for job abroad.

it depends upon u if u r interested in traveling then go through the travel&tourism and try to do internship in some reputated travel agencies like maita baerrenechea ,Jack S.Ezon,Patrick fragale etc. and make u r career more bright while now a days engineering is one of the good courses and this field is more ward then tourism, and their average packages are Also good.so ,choose Your career according to Your's interest.

CS is still not a cadre in Central & State Governments. Therefore I am of the opinion that B.Tech Electrical is a better option for Government jobs.

You may go for m.tech if u wish to specialize in the same field or MBA if u r looking for a career in management. PG diplomas are also possible from abroad. UPSC, GATE for govt sector jobs.

Lokunde, if you are interested in technical field than go for M.Tech, but if you have interest in management than surely MBA is best. As we go up the ladder of career there are more of managerial posts that demand managerial skills, so MBA would be better option. Even they are paid better.
Rest is your choice.
Now the institution plays an important role in your degree. There are many good universities that offer world class environment to students along with modern facilities. Most of them have good placements and some even offer scholarships.
