GNDU Regional Campus, Gurdaspur BTech admissions are entrance-based. The college accepts the relevant scores of JEE Mains+ counselling at the regional campus. Moreover, for lateral-entry admissions, seats are filled based on the inter-se-merit of qualifying diploma/ BSc scores. To get admission into the BTech course candidates are required to qualify for the merit list released by the college.

The required documents for the B.E/B.Tech application process at Sreepathy Institute of Management and Technology include SSLC certificate (for date of birth proof), 10+2 mark sheet, transfer certificate, conduct certificate, course certificate, migration certificate (if applicable), physical fitness certificate, passport-size photographs, Aadhaar card or other valid ID proof, and the entrance exam score card (like KEAM or JEE Main). National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra accepts the JEE Main entrance exam for admitting students to its BTech course. The NIT Kurukshetra cutoff 2025 has been released for Round 1, wherein the closing ranks varied between 281 and 46438 for female candidates. For NIT Kurukshetra, the cutoff ranks were released under both AI and HS quotas. For the Home State quota, the closing ranks were between 1201 and 52806 for female category candidates.
