If you belong to the General AI quota, yes 29000 in KCET is considered to be a good rank for BTech admission at CMR University. In 2025, the closing ranks ranged between 36709 and 55398 in General category, therefore candidates with a lower cutoff rank of 29000 are more likely to secure a seat at CMR University for BTech course. However, final admission also depends on minimum eligibility, seat availability in a particular round, etc.

Hi.
Yes, you can study BTech in Germany, but the degree is usually called “Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng)” or “Bachelor of Science (B.Sc)” in Engineering, not “BTech.”
The programs are equivalent to BTech and accepted worldwide.
For German-taught B.Eng/B.Sc
12th grade with strong marks in Maths + Physics + Chemistry
Proof of German language:
B1/B2 for Studienkolleg
C1 for direct admission
Pass Feststellungsprüfung (FSP) after Studienkolleg (Foundation course)
12th grade with good marks
English proficiency:
IELTS 6.0–6.5 or TOEFL 80–90
No German needed (but recommended for daily life).

It seems you're asking specifically about the BSc in Mathematics programme at Quantum University. However, there is limited publicly available information about Quantum University as a well-established institution, especially in fields like Mathematics. The university might be a smaller or newer institution that isn't widely known, which could be why there is little detailed information available.
