Yes, you can take admission in DTU or NSIT if you are a Diploma holder from PUSA but you need to clear the entrance exam, called LEET.

It is Diploma in engineering.
It involves fundamental engineering concept. It is a professional course and you can take jobs after it's done.

As both the colleges are good but there is one difference that is one is govt. and the other one is private. As far as I know, Cochin University of Science and Technology has better ranking then IEM.

2.JSS
3.Sharda
Sharda is just a brand name. Go for AKG or JSS for a better future.
