No, DY Patil New Mumbai BTech admission is not available in offline mode. This is because appearing in JEE Main or MH-CET is a mandatory requirement for BTech course. Registrations for these exams is not accepted in offline mode thus, candidates can only apply for BTech in online mode.

DY Patil New Mumbai has not mentioned any details regarding BTech admissions to candidates who are yet to receive their Class 12 board exam scores.

However, generally institutes with entrance-based exams do accept admissions from such candidates. Candidates should contact admission desk for confirmation on this question.
