The course fees for the BTech and M.Tech programmes at Institute of Technology Palakkad consists largely of tuition fees being:
- Around INR 1 Lakhs per semester for the 4-year BTech programme.

There are about 10+ BTech colleges in Chandigarh. Of these, 7 colleges are privately owned and 4 colleges are owned by public/government organisations.
