To be an eligible candidate of B.E./B.Tech at BRHCET, you must have cleared 10+2 examination in Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry (or CS/Bio), have had an aggregate score of 45% (40% for reserved categories) and have had JEE Main or MHT CET scores in the positive. Direct second-year admission may be granted to the Diploma holders. The admissions are done based on the Maharashtra DTE CAP rounds.

The total number of seats offered in the BTech course at IIIT Pune are 345 and IIITDM Jabalpur in contrast offers 552 seats for the BTech courses.
