Competitive 500 in CUET, but still, it always depends upon comparison with other candidates' overall performance and cut-off fixed by NIU for that year. Yes, AUAT or Aliah University Admission Test is required for BTech at Aliah University -City Campus (Park Circus). The university conducts the Aliah University, Kolkata in order to offer students admission into various undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral courses offered by the university. AUAT is conducted offline (pen and paper test) and the duration of the entrance exam is 2 hours. Candidates have to register themselves online on the official website of Aliah University in order to fill out the AUAT application forms.

Direct admission to the Aliah University Kolkata BTech is not applicable. Candidates must appear for the Aliah University Admission Test (AUAT) entrance exam to secure admission to the BTech course. Students are shortlisted for final admission based on the BTech eligibility criteria and the exam scores. The university releases a provisional merit List/ result based on the exam performance.

Admission dates for BTech course at Aliah University City Campus (Park Circus) for the academic year 2024 is already out now. The BTech dates are equivalent to the AUAT exam dates. The applications for AUAT 2024 opened on March 25, 2024. The AUAT 2024 admit card for the UG programmes was released on June 10, 2024. The test itself was conducted on June 9, 22 and 23, 2024 for UG courses and August 3 and 4, 2024 for PG courses. The exam body announced the AUAT 2024 results for UG programmes on July 12, 2024.

The BTech application fee is equivalent to the Aliah University Admission Test fee for 2024. The candidate then has to pay the AUAT application fee after the application form fill-up. The candidate who has applied online can only make the payment online as well which is via net banking/credit card/debit card. The fee is as follows:
