Yes, there is Bachelor of Vocational in Journalism and Mass Communication in Guru Nanak College, Sri Muktsar Sahib, Punjab. The degree is vocational and it aims at equipping individuals with practical, skill oriented training in several areas of media such as print, television, radio, web and digital media. It is aimed at equipping students with different tasks in the media establishment.

Overall it's a good place to learn and expose for a better tomorrow. At the last word I would add as you are going to be a part of India's top 10 central university. The university have their own entrance exam which is almost similar to other examination pattern. It includes general awareness, mathematics and computer science. You will have the cheapest fee for the course anywhere in Indian central universities. For mass communication program they charge around 20k including all the semester and hostel fees.
