For the preparation of GD, you can go through current topics. Just go through them once. Have a fair idea about pros and cons of that topic. For PI, the basic and first question mostly occurs to be Tell me about yourself, therefore jot down all points that you will answer and put your strength and achievements and justify for the same. I hope you will make it to BIMM. All the best.

Yes, there are fair chances for your selection in Balaji, as they give more weightage to how you perform at the time of gd and pi. So all the best for that. I'm also student of BIMM, Pune.

Prepare for some usual topics along with the current topics. They will check your communication skills as well, so don't rush to speak all what you know. Try and present yourself nicely. For pi they will ask basic question about you, it's very easy. For more queries, comment below.

Executive MBA is a course for candidates who work full time while pursuing an MBA, and are hence working executives while they pursue an MBA. The infrastructure of the college is good though not great. Our library access is good and we have unlimited online access. Lecture halls are attractive but Wi-fi connection is very poor. There's no net access across the campus. They have world class faculty members but the attrition rate is very high in XIME for past 2 years (almost 95%). So, every year, you see complete new faculty members who are not able to fill the place of older ones. Placement is really a problem, ROI is the worst here. Cost of MBA is around 12 Lacs but average salary is between 4-5 Lacs. XIME was very good but it is losing its name from past 2 years.
