I don't think so that Sri Balaji Society gives admission based on category that is General, SC, ST, etc.
The cut-off for CAT in general category is somewhere around 80-88 percentile.
But, one thing I can suggest you is, if possible fill the application form, and if you get a call from SBS, try to perform well in GD/PI, because they give more weightage to GD/PI.

IPE is a better option than BIMM or Christ as later ones are known for their BA courses, not MBA.

If you go by the data and ROI, BIMM PUNE comes one among the top 3 B schools in Pune by Times survey. As mentioned by my friend in the above answer, I would like to add that if you want a better ROI and good company then BIMM can be your choice where as if you have any location constraint then you can choose NDIM, it is an average college in Delhi.

Frankly speaking, both are more or less same in terms of being good and reputed colleges of Pune in terms of education, placements and ROI. But personally, I'll suggest to go with Balaji as the corporate culture is better and lots of learning opportunities are there. But since you've asked about lexicon - yes, it's a good option because the focus will be on overall development of students and decent placements.
If possible, you should personally visit the campus to know better.

You can apply for college. There will be a process regarding admission where you have to clear GD, PI other than entrance exam scores. If did well, you have chances to get BIMM.

Hey Satwik,
Well, both options are good. Specifically for rural management the order goes like TISS, IRMA, XISS. So, kindly consider the other two options too. HR at Balaji is good. For further queries, please leave comment below.
