Diploma in engineering is not equal to graduation degree. Eligibility criteria for MBA by distance learning or E-MBA is graduation degree. Unfortunately, based on your current educational qualifications, you are not eligible for E-MBA until you complete your graduation degree.

VJIM - Hyderabad is one option, where you can get through. But, I would not recommend this college as it is not recognized for placements and internship.

Both of them are good institutes. But, if you want to go for business schools in India, IIMs are top in the list. You have to appear for an entrance exam.
