XIME Bangalore is the first branch, so, it has a wider alumni base. As far as the placements go, they are centralized.

Institute conducts it's own test.
Eigibility-
Candidate must have passed 10+2 in any stream or its equivalent
Candidates appearing for 10+2 examinations in March - May may apply with their class X and XI marks
Must have appeared for the entrance test conducted by institute.

All colleges in Bangalore provide management seats. However, as per the latest circular by MHRD (Ministry of Human Resource Development), you need to appear for the respective entrance examination (COMEDK in your case) and have a valid score and rank.
