Hi Meet,
If you get into a well-known university in US or Canada, it should be the obvious choice. Just compare the colleges. If you are admitted to an IIT or BITS, you can think of pursuing your B.E in India only. Check where you are investing and is your investment worth. Also, if you are going abroad, you must be determined to study and work hard.

Master in Business Administration (MBA) is two years degree course in the field of management. In India MBA degree can be awarded by any recognised university or by a Business School affiliated to any university. Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) is a two years diploma course offered by the institutes that are recognised by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and which are autonomous and not affiliated to any university. It is not mandatory that a PGDM is equal to MBA. PGDM institutes accreditation by Association of Indian Universities (AIU) makes an institute's PGDM course equivalent to an MBA.

If I compare the three cities, Bangalore is the best option from them reason being:
1. Communication skills will improve.
2. IT Hub of India
3. 500 Forbes companies are there in Bangalore to explore different career options.
4. There are good colleges I.e. IIM, XIME, Christ University, etc.
