You can't be a bank manager after completing the class 12th. Firstly, you have to complete your graduation and appear in bank exam, Bank PO will be more preferable.
If you will select as a Bank PO then your career path will go like this -
Bank PO- Assistant Manager- Branch Manager - Chief Manager - The AGM- The DGM- The CGM- GM

Qualification required for IBPS Bank Clerk Exam:
You should have completed 10th standard with 60% marks(50 %SC/ST/OBC/PWD) from recognized school.
OR
- You should have completed 12th standard with 50% marks(On restriction on percentage for SC/ST/OBC/PWD) from recognized school.

No such computer courses: Try sample papers available online and aptitude questions which are common for most exams. Testsbook.com is a great website for bank exam preparation, you will find many sample papers there and exams are based on similar patterns.
