Well this is not tough if you give a month, of full focus, to time management and tips and tricks to solve the quant and reasoning part. Many tutorials are available on YouTube which you can follow. F

Through distance learning you may complete your degree course without attending classes if time doesn't permit you because of your busy schedule. You can check Whether they take admission for this course or not.

no for being a pilot you must atleast have maths and Physics at +2 Level with atleast 60% marks in each subject (this may vary). So if you still want to find career in flying you can join as a steward but not pilot.
