No, it is not possible for continuation. If you want to change the university then you have to take admission again and do BBA from the 1st semester.

Hi avdhi. In 12th you are a commerce student or Science student. If you have commerce then in which subject you have interest. If accounting is your subject then go for B.Com otherwise all BBA is good. Choice is yours. Good luck!
