Dear Deepak, I would suggest you to complete MBA in the same Specialisation line. Having an MBA in a specific subject will help you grow in the industry and help you settle soon. MBA in e commerce can be suggest for your MBA as a specialisation.

According to my knowledge, DU and IP Universities are open for admissions in B.Com and BBA. In DU, you can get direct admission in B.Com (on the basis of merit). In IP University, you have to give entrance for the admission in BBA.

B.Com is a great option but if he is not interested in CA he should go for BBA. BBA provides a lot of opportunities too. In my opinion, he should choose BBA over B.Com.

According to me. It is impossible to get a good job in MNC with the tag of fresher. You just did BBA. I just you go for higher education then try for job.
