Hello Aditya, There is no specific country which is the best for business oriented studies. Yet there are top colleges for the same. So, you may look for a highly reputed and ranking college for your course and not with respect to a single country. Even in India you have many reputed institutes for BBA.

I suggest you to go for IITM Janakpuri as faculty there is very helpful and studies are also good. There is placement assurance too.

I would suggest you to go for MBA if you don't like your job, or for better opportunities. If you stay with UG you might not get better opportunities further.

BBA covers the basic aspects of advertising, sales, etc. Moreover, if you possess an MBA after that, your chances of advancing with a career in advertising and sales will be much more. Bachelor in Advertising and Sales is a more specific course and is not offered by all universities in India I suppose.
