Yes, you are eligible for M.Com.
The minimum eligibility criterion required for M.Com course is having a Bachelor degree in commerce with a minimum of 50% marks. Loyola College, Chennai is better as compared to others. Loyola has many years of experience. The campus is very well versed in facilities and they offer good quality education.
The placement of the campus is very good. Minimum package 4.5 and highest is 21 lakhs. They have lots of foreign and industrial interaction as compared Aimfill.
Loyola offers variety of specialization as compared to Aimfill. The fee is also moderate.

No, you cannot do that. As these are separate graduate courses, you have to apply from the beginning. If you leave BA in 2nd semester then it doesn't mean that you can take admission in B.Com 2nd semester. You have to take afresh admission in B.Com and start from the 1st semester. That is the norm of colleges. You may ask the respective authorities of the college if such alterations are allowed.
