Dear Swaraj,
Yes, you can get the job after BBA. Job depends upon, how you have done your BBA. BBA is a graduate degree and is considerable. If you did your BBA from a good college with good Academic scores and have relevant extra circular activities, then surely you can get good jobs.

BBA is a UG management degree. There are many colleges in Pune for BBA studies. It is not compulsory for every college to give entrance exam for BBA. Some of the colleges do not conduct the entrance exam for admission, you get admission based on your HSC score. But there are even many more colleges
