If you are looking for career in management or corporate field only, then any one from the both is good. PGDM is preferred, because it has more practical approach than MBA. But, if you want to do Ph.D later on, then I will suggest you to do MBA. And, doing this course with a good college will add benefit to you.

You need to have 50% in graduation. And you can directly apply to the college.

Yes, you can do this. Under the integrated programme of Management, some university offers this course also.
