Yes, you can but basic accounting will be necessary for all BBA courses and then, you can choose Non Accounting specialisation which will help you to concentrate your career in Non Accounting field. You can go for Marketing, HR, Operations based on your choice. Accounting is basic knowledge which is very important and there are very less universities which can help you to do BBA without accounting but that will affect your future career.

Hi Amisha,
If you meet admission requirements like a good academic record, around 75%, IELTS score and relevant background then why not. However, you will face problems with your 3-year degree, you have to talk to the university directly and check if they are stubborn they won't accept or else they will ask for an evaluation. At most, you can complete the first year of a Master's degree programme in India and then apply for Masters in Canada, this is also acceptable.

Your 12th score is bit on the lower side. Though it won't create much problem in getting admission in B-Schools, you can start preparing for CAT/XAT/MAT/GMAT and other MBA entrance exams. A good score will definitely help you to get into a good B-School. You can start preparing yourself and do join a good test series of coaching institute.
