I think you forget to mention the college that you are asking for. Kindly edit your question because there many colleges under IPU. And if you are asking for IP University then yes, this is the best. Go grab the seat as this is the best option for BBA LLB.

They have a great infrastructure, faculty and placement record!
For BBA general, the first priority is Amity-Noida if you are able to do it from Amity-Noida then it's awesome!
Otherwise, Amity-Gurugram is also good!

BBA degree is very surely acceptable in Australia. Just make sure to pursue it from a recognised university.

Yes, definitely. BBA+LLB is one of the most successful integrated combination. The eligibility for the same is:
The candidate should have passed XII (10+2) examination from any recognized Board with minimum 45% marks (40% for S.C. /S.T. candidates). Students who have appeared for their Standard XII final examination and awaiting for the result are also eligible to apply, subject to submission of passing certificate at the time of the final admission.
