Integrated Program in Management at IIM Indore first of its kind management program by any IIM in India. It is a unique and creative programme meant for young students after 10+2 stage who have managerial and leadership aspirations. IIM Indore mould students as outstanding leaders through a world-class education. Last two years of the programme I.e. IV and V year are at Post-graduate level and the IPM students are mixed with the flagship PGP programme students of IIMI and they go through the same set of courses as the PGP programme. Hence the learning goals for these two years are the same as that of the PGP Programme. Apart from academic programmes, the IPM participants are exposed to various extra-curricular activities in order to inculcate in them leadership qualities and managerial skills. Only 120 bright students can make it to IPM. In case a student is able to get selected to IPM program, he joins an elite club and must join for a bright career.
The students undergo a rigorous selection process:
(a) An application form aimed at understanding the students proficiency in academics, as well as in co-curricular activities is filled up by the aspirant.
(c) An entrance examination follows, to test the applicants aptitude, logical reasoning and proficiency in English and Mathematics.
(b) Shortlisted candidates appear for personal interviews. The interview panel comprises well qualified professors from IIM Indore and other prestigious institutions. The interview judges the students level of confidence, communication skills, general awareness, persuasion skills and knowledge.
The feedback received from the recruiters in the first placement season of IPM has been encouraging. The first graduating batch of IPM participants bagged offers from marquee recruiters like Credit Suisse, Deloitte, Nomura, JP Morgan, HDFC, IndusInd Bank, IBM, ICRA Management Consulting, Tata Sky, UAE Exchange among others.

A BBA gets you entry-level positions in many corporations and factories. You would do lot of backend work, and provide support services to your seniors. Exceptional candidates could expect to do some customer interface, though it is very rare.
Since the degree will equip a student of BBA with the basic knowledge about corporate management and skills it will help them understand the diverse functioning of a company. BBA graduates can look for jobs in sales and marketing department of companies as members of sales teams or as management trainees.
After completing a BBA, students should consider broadening their horizon in order to qualify for top executive positions and promotions. A Master of Business Administration (MBA) is a graduate-level degree that is often desired by employers for positions such as CEO or COO. Doctoral programs are also available in business administration, which can prepare business professionals for work as consultants, executives or university professors.
Pay scale:
A Sales Executive, Research Assistant, Office Executive, Officer, Assistant Manager, will be paid from Rs 7,000 to Rs 23,000/- depending on the size of the firm
