Almost all of the major private colleges have lateral entry programs. I am not sure about government colleges though.
Lateral entry students join college directly in 2nd year and there is a separate admission procedure for them.

BBA stands for Bachelor of Business Administration & BCA stands for Bachelor of Computer Applications.

If you want to do CA along with BBA then you have prepare yourself for the CPT exam first and then you will go to the IPCC Level by clearing CPT but if you want to enter after BBA then you can directly get admission to the CA IPCC course.

After 12th BBA is a very good option for graduation. If you wish you can go for BBA. Further it will develop a foundation for MBA.
