Nice to see you have already started thinking/dreaming about your future. Hotel Management is a professional course and with the explosion in tourist arrivals in India, jobs after education is almost guaranteed. BBA alone may not get you a job. You may have to think of MBA.

The required percentage for doing BBA and BCA is 45%. In some colleges, the required percentage is 50%.

You can go for MBA with specialisation of your choice. It will always keep you a step ahead.

Both CAT & UPSC exams have a different level of difficulty. Don't get confused. Know what you want to do. Since you will require complete dedication to clear either one of them.
Go through the syllabus thoroughly and then decide.

Dhanush, yes LPU does accept IB curriculum in class 12. You meet the LPU team around you or visit campus with your documents.

SAP HR will be a value added additional qualification for you as an HR executive. You can become SAP HR consultant after gaining few years of experience. SAP HR consultant get high salaries across the globe.

Most of the colleges have eliminated the GD process and replaced it with WAT(Written Ability Test) which is more of a test of your thought formation and english writing skill and not just about having the highest voice in a fish-market. But PI still remains the most integral part of the process. Hence if you feel that you are not confident enough in English, I would suggest you work hard towards it and if required join a coaching center for the same and overcome your hurdle.
