Yes, it is available in a lot of government colleges. Here, in Punjab, Guru Nanak Dev University provides it.

If you have done through distance mode and have completed by 2014, till the Supreme Court judgment, then only you are eligible. Any degree obtained from SMU after 2014 is not eligible for any government job, due to territorial jurisdiction violation and commercialization, which lead to cancel of recognition from DEB.

Not exactly for the above course but Indsearch College at Law college road offers BMS (Bachelors in management studies) which seems to be closer to what you want to study. Other colleges offering BBA are MIT, Symbiosis, etc.

Normal BBA too has different streams which you can choose for specialisation. You have to decide what you really like studying and then choose the appropriate course. BMS (Bachelors in management studies) is another very good stream.

No, except fake and unrecognised institutes eho will tell you that they are management institutes but in reality they offer you a distance learning BBA degree from a university. You will neither get placement nor can rely on quality of teaching in these institutes.
