Actually, both of them have a great brand name, Symbiosis and NMIMS both will give you great course and brand value but I would recommend you to go for NMIMS just because it's in Mumbai which will give you great job opportunities compared to Pune.

Work experience is not necessary for pursuing an MBA degree.You can directly join MBA after completing your BBA. However, take work experience before joining MBA works as an add-on.

No the entrance exam of BBA is based on MCQ paper which comprises of subjects like GK, logic and ability test. This is followed by personal interview and group discussions. Not very sure about B.Com entrance examination.
