Hello Gopi,
You have scored just 50% marks. With these marks frankly speaking you are not likely to get good college. You have not mentioned your place of residence. But you have to apply for admission in your city.

Yes, you can. All you need is a good IELTS score (minimum 7). In most of the B-Schools in Canada, they just let you in with IELTS score. You don't even need to clear GMAT. But, if you want to do your MBA in top B- Schools of Canada, you need a (3 + 1 degree), good GMAT score and minimum of 2-year job experience.

Hello, you may complete the first year of a masters degree or complete a PGDM course. You may check with the universities for WES evaluation too. However during your research I wonder how you missed another factor, you must have a work experience of atleast 2 years to be considered for an MBA program abroad including Canada. Please check the requirements carefully before applying.

BBA aviation is better in terms of job opportunities. Better you study in BA. The aviation industry will hire you for a better package. You should be more skilled in terms of communication and updated knowledge while doing your BA. BA in aviation is rare and colleges are less. Getting a job outside the campus is a difficult task. So, try to get placed when you are in college itself.
