CET is not usually compulsory in Bachelor's Degree. But there are certain institutes which conduct in-house entrance tests.

Both the fields are good but today is more demand of technical people, so I would suggest you to choose MBA in operation management or in HR and marketing.

Mostly B.Com foreign trade relates with international trade and accountancy where as BBA in foreign trade is related to international marketing, export and imports, etc. Therefore, there is a difference like M.Com and MBA, so prefer according to your interest.
