General average national salary ranges from 3-5 LPA for freshers in BBA in hotel management and can shoot up to 6-8 LPA for meritorious students.

That depends in yourself, your branch that you have taken for 11th and 12th. If you are a science student, I would suggest BBA as it is simpler and basics of everything is taught and if you are a commerce student, B.Com is better but the easier course would be BBA.

As you already have work experience, then you can go for executive MBA as it will provide you more scope for career growth. In MBA, you will have to choose specialization and also through E-MBA, you can save your 1 year and can be done simultaneously, without leaving the job.
