No, for BBA you don't need maths in your 12th grade. There are plenty of colleges which offer BBA. A small list of top BBA colleges in India is as follows:

That depends in yourself, your branch that you have taken for 11th and 12th. If you are a science student, I would suggest BBA as it is simpler and basics of everything is taught and if you are a commerce student, B.Com is better but the easier course would be BBA.

BHM is a sector specific management degree course. Syllabus of BHM preprares you for management roles in Hotel Industry. Whereas BBA is a generic degree which gives student exposure in all management functions and such graduates can be employed in almost all sectors/ industries in different management functions.

If you are planning to study up to BBA now, then you must do a degree from top college only. If it's a stepping stone to MBA, then you can do MBA from any decent college.

As you already have work experience, then you can go for executive MBA as it will provide you more scope for career growth. In MBA, you will have to choose specialization and also through E-MBA, you can save your 1 year and can be done simultaneously, without leaving the job.
