Yes you can pursue MBA after B.Com. It is advisable that you pursue MBA in Finance after completing B.Com.

Nothing much. MBA doesn't have to do anything with subjects you chose in your UG.

You are eligible to seek admission in BBA. Admission in BBA is based on entrance examination. You may target BBA entrance examination in your area of residence and apply for entrance exam in colleges of your choice.
