Have you completed your BBA? If yes, you can go for MBA from a reputed business schools in India through CAT or MAT exam. If you are interested, you can also go for LAB.
If you are interested in CA or CS, you should have commerce background from the beginning.

After completing BMS, you can either pursue MBA or pick a work assignment in your area of interest. You could get a work assignment in sales, marketing, operations, PR, administration and event management. In fact, BMS is a generic degree and one would have multiple career options to choose.
