Hi,
Grade point might not be there in each institute. So, talking in terms of percentage, in general, if you have more than 50% in your graduation then you can apply for most of the MBA entrances. So, now, you can calculate as per your grade you scored. It might vary. Irrespective of your stream in graduation you can apply for MBA.

You can try to pursue MBA in HR from Xavier institute of Management - Calcutta or IIM - Kolkata. MBA in HR and IB will help you out a lot.
