Yes, you are eligible for MBA entrance tests like CAT, MAT, XAT, etc. The minimum criteria for being eligible for appearing in MBA entrance test is that one should have 50% marks at graduate level from a UGC recognized university.

I took up BBA from PTU back in 2009 and was unable to complete the 5th & 6th semester of it. Can I complete it now?

B.Tech is an engineering course. MBA and BBA both are management courses, so obviously BBA is more suitable for MBA than B.Tech. But, if you do B.Tech I would suggest you to do M.Tech for further studies. Otherwise, BBA is more preferable.

Which course have you done in your Bachelors degree? You can follow the same in Masters as well. You can go for MBA from some good college with good branch.
