Note: It is a one year course for graduates and 12th pass and 18 months course for 10th pass
I don't think that you will be able to do both at same time. Or else you can do one regular and other private.

Equipped with an MBA, you will have a lot more opportunities in the job market. Since you will have a specialization in a certain field, you will be given preference over someone with a just a Bachelor's degree.
