Hi, most of the colleges set 45-50% as a minimum percentage to apply for their BBA courses. Admission is mostly through GD/PI while some may take written entrances. Initially the pay will not be that appealing and most of the students are hired as interns and are given stipend instead of salary. But with experience and exposure the salary bar would surely get a hike and an MBA after BBA/BBM would definitely fetch the student more lucrative jobs.

Suraj, You need to figure out which are the colleges that are taking direct admission. And you can directly apply to those colleges.

Definitely. To get admission in IIM you need atleast 50% in graduation and good percentile I.E. 99 percentile in MBA CAT entrance exam.
