You first need to give SNAP exam. And score marks enough to get qualify for GD-PI processes. The admission for MBA course will be decided on your combined score of SNAP and GD-PI processes.

SP Jain is a reputed institute but not authorised to offer any degree. please check from which University they are offering BBA. Only a University can confer a degree to you. If it is a foreign University you may not get recognition in India gor public sector job and higher education however considering reputation of the institute, you may get good placement

Film making is a good course too, you can take up as a full time option, but also think of taking up a photography course. Or you can pursue Masters in Mass Communication, so that options such as operations, production, photography and much more opens for you in these channels.
